What is Other Than English?

I’ve always loved traveling and exploring other cultures. I’ve lived in a few different countries in very different parts of the world. The best part for me about traveling is seeing how people in different parts of the world live, think and live their lives. What is important to them, what they eat, how they relate to one another. There’s always something new to learn.

You can’t learn everything by visiting a place or even living there. Every country and culture has so much to offer and over the past ten or so years I’ve discovered that another way to explore what people in different parts of the world have to offer is to watch their movies and television. That’s what this site is about.

I want to talk about some of the great non English movies and television that I’ve already watched as well as share the my thoughts when I watch something new. I’ll try do it in an interesting or different way.

I’d also love to get suggestions if there is something you think there is something I’d be interested in seeing. Also, if you want to write about something, that’d be awesome too.
